Location:
This role is fully onsite, working 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at our La Jolla clinic.
Position Summary:
The Spravato Technician & Clinical Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality brain health care by supporting Spravato (esketamine) treatments and other interventional services. In addition, this role will manage essential administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless patient experience and smooth clinic operations. By combining direct patient care with administrative excellence, this position helps advance our mission to deliver rapid, personalized, and integrated mental health interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor Spravato (esketamine) treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Support patient intake, screening, and pre/post-treatment assessments
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment notes in the EHR
- Be cross-trained to support additional interventional psychiatry services (e.g., TMS, ketamine infusions)
- Greet and register patients, manage scheduling, and maintain front desk operations
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups
- Support insurance verification and authorizations as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records and files
- Uphold a welcoming, empathetic, and professional clinic environment
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical certification, or willingness to train in Spravato administration under supervision
- Prior experience in a clinical, behavioral health, or interventional psychiatry setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency with basic technology tools, including EHR systems
- Availability to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering Spravato (esketamine), TMS, or other interventional psychiatry treatments
- Familiarity with or medical administrative workflows in a behavioral or mental health setting

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position includes:
- Base (Hourly Rate): $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits
