We’re seeking a high-energy Healthcare Sales Representative to expand our market presence across Dallas–Fort Worth, connecting physicians, veteran organizations, and mental-health providers to our evidence-based, life-changing treatments.

Your Territory & Impact
- Own and grow a defined DFW territory centered around our Allen, TX clinic.
- Leverage your existing provider network to expand referrals for Ketamine, Spravato®, and TMS treatments.
- Partner with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy, territory plans, and outreach campaigns.
- Deliver on monthly growth goals while promoting a mission that genuinely changes lives.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to providers, veterans, and families seeking next-generation mental-health care.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, veteran organizations, and healthcare networks.
- Conduct provider education and territory presentations on Nepenthe’s innovative treatment offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create sales tools, branding materials, and community campaigns.
- Track and report outreach activity, lead generation, and referral conversions through CRM systems.
- Attend industry and community events to grow Nepenthe’s presence and partnership base.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and referral targets.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close referral-driven opportunities.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and comfort discussing clinical treatments with providers.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills — you thrive in the field and face-to-face settings.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for mental-health innovation and helping patients access care.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout the Dallas area.
Compensation Designed for Top Performers
We believe your income should reflect your impact.
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience and network strength)
- Uncapped Commissions: Average $2,000–$5,000/month — top performers regularly exceed $130K+ total compensation
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses: For meeting or exceeding territory goals
- Fuel & Travel Budget: Monthly gas stipend and mileage support for territory travel.
