Global mental health is an urgent, under-addressed crisis: 1 in 8 people (≈970M) live with a mental disorder, and depression and anxiety alone cost ~$1T in lost productivity each year. Progressive therapies have been shown to be up to 10 times more effective than conventional treatments, yet only 5% of people can access them. We’re here to change that by staking capital on verifiable breakthroughs and assembling founders, clinicians, and operators to turn today’s uncommon sessions into tomorrow’s standard of care.

The role
We need a performance-driven Digital Marketer to take us from “promising hypotheses” to a repeatable acquisition engine - from SEM‑only to a balanced multi‑channel machine.
Responsibilities: what you will drive
- Evolve our acquisition from single‑channel pilots to a diversified mix (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, influencer/affiliate, emerging platforms) until we hit rock‑solid product‑channel fit.
- Manage the marketing automation and e-mail marketing programme and ongoing activity for organic and paid
- Launch, optimise, and scale paid funnels to bring more leads to providers network of https://statesofmind.com/ —including creative briefs, budget ownership, audience building, and offers and geo‑testing
- Paid social: fuel the growth of https://statesofmind.com/ media machine across social channels
- Partner with product‑marketing to craft quiz funnels, referral loops, viral triggers, and landing‑page CRO.
- Wire up a single source‑of‑truth dashboard and track CAC, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV by channel in real time.
- Present experiment read‑outs weekly; translate insight into next‑sprint backlog for the product and creative teams.
Goals: 1st month deliverables
- Paid‑test suite live on Reddit, Google, Meta, TikTok + one wildcard channel (Snap, /Twitch, Affiliate networks)
- Analytics stack connected (GA4, Amplitude, Meta Pixel, Zapier) with dashboards available in Looker and Amplitude/ Posthog
- Lead generation flow built with at least 5 paid funnels, test the CAC for providers category on SOM
- Build trigger-based e-mail funnels to drive lead generation on SoM
- Optimise and boost the performance of e-mail newsletters
- Drive growth of SOM Social Media with paid campaigns to 5k total
Role KPIs
- Top‑of‑funnel growth: unique visitors, leads, PQLs / MQLs.
- Efficiency: CPC, CPM, CPL, CAC, blended ROAS.
- Experiment velocity: # tests / sprint, win‑rate, time‑to‑insight.
- Payback period ≤ 12 months on new cohorts.
Experience: what you bring
- 5+ years running performance budgets in seed‑to‑Series‑B tech or DTC (you’ve personally moved a startup from SEM‑only to multi‑channel scale).
- Hands‑on mastery of GA4, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and at least one analytics/BI platform.
- Proven record in building and reading full‑funnel dashboards, owning CPC→LTV economics.
- Comfortable (or curious) working in regulated/high‑sensitivity niches—pharma, supplements, fintech, or psychedelics.
