Position Summary:
Better U’s Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of complex secretarial duties and coordinating a multitude of office procedures. Serves as primary executive support to CEO and other senior leadership team managers with projects and special assignments as needed. Provides back-up support to other administrative support personnel as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar; taking into consideration travel demands and working closely with team members to ensure there are no overlapping conflicts.
- Booking air travel, ground transportation and accommodations for the CEO and documenting travel plans in all necessary areas.
- Monitoring and directing the CEO’s multiple email accounts and other electronic communication.
- Purchasing supplies & other errands.
- Keeping projects organized and updated in project management system
- Data access and organization
- Physical organization or task completion
- Assist in preparation for and act as a representative of Better U for live events.
- Perform other job-related duties, as may be assigned, by leadership, some Personal Assistant tasks may be assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- 2+ years of executive level support experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Hospital or healthcare office experiences preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
- Experience within a hospital setting working with confidential records and customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette and use of office equipment.
- Exhibit discretion, good judgment and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
