Role Overview
We are seeking multiple certified or licensed facilitators in specialty areas to lead activities, ceremonies, and experiences during our events and retreats. This collaborative and independent contractor role is perfect for professionals who want to share their gifts, gain exposure, and partner with a mission-driven brand.

Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, safe, and meaningful sessions for attendees
- Collaborate with The Meridyan team to design retreat/event flow
- Provide any necessary equipment or supplies for your sessions
- Help create an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment
- Maintain professionalism and uphold our wellness values
Requirements:
- Certification, license, or demonstrable expertise in your specialty
- Prior experience leading group sessions, classes, or workshops
- Comfort working in cannabis-friendly environments (where applicable)
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills
- Reliable transportation to event/retreat locations
Compensation:
Competitive per-session or per-day rates (negotiated based on your specialty, availability, & experience level)
Rough Estimates Per Event:
- 3-6 Hours: $50-200
- 8-12 Hours: $150-400
- 24-48 Hours: $300-1,000 + lodging & meals
- 3-Day Retreats: $1,250-1,750 + lodging & meals
- 5-Day Retreats: $1,750-2,250 + lodging & meals
- 7-Day Retreats: $2,250-3,000 + lodging & meals
Rates are negotiable based on the current average market value in your area.
Potential Bonuses
- Ticket Sales Bonus: Flat amount for each retreat or event ticket sold through your personal promotions
- Referral Bonus: For bringing in new facilitators, collaborators, or clients
- Attendee Referral Bonus: Bonus when they refer an attendee who books an event or retreat.

- Lead Facilitator Role – oversee multi-facilitator retreats, design event flows, and mentor new practitioners

Professional Development Reimbursement
- Certification Renewal – covers 50-100% of annual fees to maintain their license/certification
