ROLE SUMMARY
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented Growth to join our founding team. This role owns the full growth engine of the company — from patient acquisition and partnerships to revenue expansion and retention. You will design and scale the systems that drive predictable, profitable growth for a company transforming mental healthcare. Working closely with leadership, clinical, and operations teams, you will translate market opportunity into measurable, sustainable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end growth strategy
Define and execute the company’s growth roadmap across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue. Set targets, build forecasting models, and ensure growth initiatives directly support company goals.
Build and scale acquisition channels
Own all inbound and outbound growth channels including paid search, paid social, partnerships, referrals, and employer / provider pipelines. Continuously test, optimize, and scale what works.
Lead partnerships and distribution
Develop high-impact relationships with payors, providers, employers, and referral networks that drive patient volume, revenue, and long-term defensibility.
Manage performance marketing and spend
Own the paid acquisition pipeline and budget. Partner with marketing agencies and internal teams to optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates across all channels.
Drive market and service-line expansion
Identify opportunities to enter new geographic markets, launch new clinical programs, and expand offerings based on demand, unit economics, and capacity.
Align growth with clinical and operations capacity
Ensure growth efforts match provider availability, licensing, compliance, and patient experience so scaling remains high-quality and sustainable.
Build the growth organization
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance growth team across marketing, partnerships, and business development as the company scales.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
> 7+ years of experience in growth, business development, partnerships, or revenue leadership — ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, digital health, or adjacent sectors
> Proven ability to scale revenue and patient acquisition using a mix of partnerships and paid channels
> Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth startups, building systems from zero to one
> Strong understanding of healthcare economics, patient acquisition, and multi-stakeholder ecosystems (payors, providers, employers)
> Highly analytical with strong intuition for funnel optimization, ROI, and experimentation
> Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
> Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
