Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, a curious, hands-on marketer with 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, to help us generate high-quality leads, manage campaigns, and bring our story to life across channels.
This is a junior-mid role with real ownership: you’ll manage projects, contractors, and campaigns that directly drive revenue and brand visibility. If you’re eager to learn, love variety, and want to make an impact in a startup environment, we’d love to meet you.
Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager will utilize their experience to help generate high quality leads for People Science and will also manage projects, contractors, and campaigns that directly drive revenue and brand visibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Events & Webinars
- Coordinate conferences and trade shows: booths, speaking engagements, communications, and lead generation before/after events.
- Drive webinar programs: speaker outreach, communications, registration, and post-event lead nurturing.
Website & SEO
- Own website updates, including new landing pages optimized for lead capture.
- Manage SEO and AI-driven search optimization in partnership with contractors.
Content & Campaigns
- Create and manage assets like blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Lead our annual industry survey, from built to campaign to published insights.
- Build and execute a LinkedIn content calendar that sparks conversations with nutraceutical leaders.
Paid Ads & Lead Gen
- Partner with contractors running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track performance, optimize, and report on ROI.
- Dashboards & Performance
- Build dashboards to measure ROI and learn what works best.
Project & Contractor Management
- Keep projects on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
Requirements and Skills
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, HealthTech, Branded Ingredient/CPG brand or CRO experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong foundation in lead generation across digital, content, and event channels.
- Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable managing agencies/contractors while keeping accountability clear.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Startup experience is a plus, as is experience working with Hubspot.
- Must have a strong interest in nutraceuticals and wellness.
- Growth mindset: curious, data-driven, and excited to experiment.

We are a remote-first team, primarily based in the Los Angeles area. We have a preference for employees in the Southern California area to join for occasional in-person meetings. Anyone outside of that area may require occasional travel for meetings.
Salary will depend on various factors including applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
