As we continue to grow, we are actively expanding our referral network across Rockland and Westchester County to connect with therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers who share our commitment to meaningful mental health outcomes.

Role Focus

This is a field-based, B2B healthcare outreach role. The primary responsibility is developing and maintaining referral relationships with licensed therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and behavioral health organizations through direct, in-person engagement.

This role is relationship-driven and results-oriented. Success is measured by sustained referral growth, consistent provider engagement, and the development of long-term professional partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-value referral targets
• Conduct consistent in-person outreach and scheduled meetings
• Present Marpa Minds’ services clearly and professionally
• Maintain structured follow-up and ongoing communication with providers
• Track all outreach activity and results in CRM
• Provide weekly reports on meetings, contacts, and referral pipeline
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategy based on results

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
• Comfortable initiating in-person conversations with clinicians
• Self-directed, proactive, and accountable
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
• Professional presence and confidence in field interactions

This role requires time in the field and reliable transportation.

Performance Expectations

We provide guidance and support, but performance and results will drive ongoing opportunity and growth. Incentives may be offered based on referral development and conversion milestones.

The compensation range listed reflects the good-faith salary range for this position in New York State at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
