We’re looking for a full-time Influencer & Distribution Manager — a hybrid role that combines influencer partnerships and multichannel content distribution. You’ll play a key part in scaling our reach, amplifying expert voices, and ensuring our editorial work finds its audience across platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Manage the full influencer and KOL collaboration cycle: scouting, onboarding, briefing, negotiation, payment coordination, and performance analytics.
- Develop relationships with thought leaders, scientists, therapists, and public figures in the mental health, psychedelics, and wellness space to enrich SM content.
- Coordinate expert and influencer collaborations for social media, interviews, AMAs, and campaigns.
- Increase reach, visibility and engagement through partner and expert mentions across social madia
- Track partnership performance metrics (reach, engagement, test completions, conversions) and deliver regular reports.
- Collaborate with the editorial team on expert-driven campaigns and thought leadership pieces.
Content Distribution & Publishing
- Own and manage the content calendar (ClickUp) and ensure timely publication across all digital platforms.
- Distribute and cross-post 2–4 posts per day across:
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, and email. - Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, carousels, stories, banners, newsletters).
- Maintain UTM tagging, templates, and distribution performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to align campaigns and reuse assets efficiently.
- Write short-form copy (captions, hooks, subject lines, banners) when needed.
- Build and maintain a content bank from 110+ existing articles for long-term social and paid distribution.
- Monitor community engagement: reply to comments, like and repost community mentions, and interact with users across platforms.
- Create and manage event pages on LinkedIn, push updates to involved partners, and ensure visibility.
Goals & KPIs
- 95%+ of scheduled content published on time.
- 40–60% monthly growth in combined traffic and reach.
- Reaching out to 30–50 trusted KOLs and influencers weekly.
- Generate at least 20,000 views weekly from mentions and collaborations in SM in the 1st month, with 50% growth rate in the next months
- Automate distribution process and get it ready for scaling
- Start with 10 KOLs collaborations monthly
Requirements
- Has 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital media distribution.
- Understands mental wellness, health tech, or psychology content.
- Can manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.
- Writes clearly and empathetically.
- Is proactive, structured, and comfortable coordinating across creative, editorial, and marketing teams.
- Has or ready to get experience with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Amplitude, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, UTM analytics.
