Position Summary:

The Integration Specialist plays a vital role in the patient’s therapeutic journey at ReYou. This role is focused on creating a safe, supportive environment before, during, and after ketamine-assisted treatment sessions. The Integration Specialist helps patients prepare for treatment, monitors their safety and comfort during sessions, and provides emotional support during post-treatment integration. This position works closely with the clinical team to ensure an optimal healing experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients in preparing for ketamine treatment by guiding them through intention-setting exercises and calming pre-session routines.

Set up patient environment to support a safe and immersive treatment experience.

Monitor patients during sessions, ensuring patient safety and responding calmly to patient needs as appropriate.

Serve as a grounding presence, helping patients remain emotionally and physically safe during treatments.

Assist patients post-treatment in reflecting on and processing their experience, offering supportive listening and integrative conversation.

Document session notes, observations, and patient feedback in EHR to support clinical care and treatment planning.

Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless, trauma-informed care.

Maintain a clean, calming treatment space and follow clinic safety and confidentiality protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a calming, supportive presence.

Ability to remain grounded, present, and nonjudgmental during intense emotional experiences.

Comfortable using video/audio technology to observe patients.

Basic understanding of trauma-informed care, psychedelic integration, and emotional processing techniques.

Preferred Qualities:

Training or experience in meditation, mindfulness, or somatic therapies.

Familiarity with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or other psychedelic-assisted treatments.

Ability to adapt to different patient needs and remain flexible in a dynamic clinical setting.

Experience working in clinical mental health settings

Formal education or certification in the mental health field is a plus
