Essential Functions
Clinical & Technical Oversight
- Oversee daily operations of the Interventional Psychiatry Suite, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
- Provide direct support in delivering TMS and Spravato treatments, including setup, monitoring, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to FDA, REMS, and SunCloud Health protocols for all interventional procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues appropriately.
Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Supervise, train, and mentor IP technicians and coordinators.
- Create staff schedules, manage coverage, and ensure adequate staffing for all IP treatments.
- Lead regular team huddles and contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and support staff development.
Program Development & Business Support
- Collaborate with leadership to grow referral networks and increase patient access to IP services.
- Monitor key metrics (utilization, safety, patient satisfaction) and recommend process improvements.
- Support strategic initiatives to expand interventional psychiatry services across SunCloud locations.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, REMS, and payer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation, safety protocols, and treatment workflows.
- Partner with medical leadership to update policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, nursing, social sciences, or related field (or equivalent clinical/technical experience).
- At least 3 years’ experience working in mental health, neuroscience, or interventional psychiatry services (TMS, Spravato, ketamine, or related).
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or training experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with medical equipment, electronic health records, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
