Integration Coach to support clients from intention setting through post-treatment integration.
Job Summary
Rising Health is seeking an experienced Integration Coach (Registered Nurse) to service Ketamine Infusion Center patients in Goodyear. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best care possible with little supervision. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and able to handle emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patients' well-being by providing high-quality care. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for answering patient emails, answering calls, taking payments, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly prepare clients for their ketamine experience with education, grounding, and emotional attunement
- Establish a safe and secure set and setting - physically, emotionally, and psychologically
- Mitigate risks of ketamine therapy through clear communication and supportive planning
- Equip clients with tools and techniques to navigate sessions confidently
- Guide clients gracefully through pre-, intra-, and post-journey process.
- Lead preparation and integration sessions via Zoom or in-person
- Help clients maximize the benefits of their experiences
- Hold a neutral, nonjudgmental, emotionally safe space for processing and meaning-making
- Supports Clients in selecting integration practices that resonate and are sustainable
- Build simple accountability systems to help new behaviors take root
- Extend the therapeutic effects of Ketamine through thoughtful integration planning
- Act as a trusted liaison to clinical and support teams
- Provide quick, clear, compassionate communication
- Remove friction and create ease throughout the client experience
- Offer steady support that provides clients with peace of mind
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Guide Program
- Assist with documentation, resource creation, and program enhancements
- Intake of new patients into the scheduling/calendar program
- On a daily basis, ensure that all patients are properly scheduled in the calendar
- Answer telephone calls and answer patient questions or concerns
- Will be expected to perform receptionist duties by greeting clients, guests, and patients
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Accurately process all cash and credit transactions.

Job Requirements & Experience:
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support certifications (BLS) required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
