Responsibilities
- Perform IV therapy and monitor patients during ketamine infusions
- Support patients with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Contribute to a calm, therapeutic environment that supports healing
Qualifications
- Current Texas EMT or higher (Required)
- CPR (Required)
- ACLS certification (Preferred)
- 1+ year of direct patient care experience (Preferred)
- Strong IV therapy and medication administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

We are seeking paramedics who are proficient with IVs and experienced with managing patients with mental health conditions. The more knowledge regarding ketamine therapy for mental health treatment, the better. MUST have current Texas EMT or higher. Current CPR and ACLS certification preferred. Current hours of operation are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 11 am- 8 pm.
We treat each patient independently and create a unique treatment plan based on the current mental health conditions, patient’s socioeconomic and physical needs, along with their social and medical background. Our dosing protocols are based on factors such as those listed and more. Every treatment plan is developed by all parties involved with the patient making the final decisions. Ketamine therapy is most successful when provided in an optimal ‘set and setting’, which we provide a very comfortable, quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
