Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate safe, legal, and supportive psilocybin-assisted sessions for clients, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough client assessments prior to sessions to evaluate readiness, medical history, and potential contraindications.
- Prepare the environment to promote comfort, safety, and positive experiences during natural medicine sessions.
- Provide emotional support and guidance throughout the session, helping clients navigate their experiences with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate clients on the effects of psilocybin, setting expectations for their journey while emphasizing harm reduction principles.
- Document session details accurately, including client responses, observations, and any incidents or concerns that arise.

Qualifications
- Valid licensure in natural medicine or related healthcare field (e.g., Naturopathic Doctor, Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist) with specialized training or certification in psilocybin facilitation or psychedelic-assisted therapy.
- Proven experience in guiding clients through natural or alternative medicine therapies with a focus on safety and ethical practice.
- Strong understanding of the pharmacology of psilocybin and its effects on mental health and emotional states.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create trusting relationships and provide clear guidance during sessions.
