Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile Marketing Assistant with a strong background in digital marketing to support our efforts across various channels. This role will primarily focus on AI-driven marketing, video editing, graphic design, media buying, strategic partnerships, and personal brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

- Create compelling content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook.

- Collaborate with team members on video production and editing projects to create high-quality media content.

- Design visually appealing graphics for digital assets, marketing materials, and social media content.

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

- Support in building personal brands for key individuals in the mental health industry.

- Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing campaign performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management, content creation, and media buying.

- Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.

- Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

- Expertise in graphic design with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

- Knowledge of media buying processes and optimization strategies.

- Experience in establishing and managing strategic partnerships.

- Understanding of personal brand-building strategies and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance measurement tools.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing platforms.

- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing projects.
