Role Overview:
we’re looking for a full-time marketing lead to manage two mission-aligned nonprofit clients in the psychedelic space. this is a hybrid role that blends social media management with broader marketing coordination — ideal for someone who can confidently lead content creation while also collaborating on cross-functional projects, campaign logistics, and client communications.
you’ll be the day-to-day lead for both clients, responsible for bringing strategic plans to life and ensuring content, deliverables, and timelines stay on track. you should be highly self-directed when it comes to social media — able to generate outlines, manage calendars, write copy, and identify opportunities — while also supporting the broader marketing ecosystem through thoughtful coordination and proactive execution.
this role requires strong writing, excellent organization, and a deep understanding of how to move pieces forward while holding the big picture.
Responsibilities:
• serve as the primary point of contact for two nonprofit clients in the psychedelic space
• lead social media content creation: write copy, draft outlines, plan calendars, and schedule posts
• collaborate with internal and client-side teams on launches, campaigns, and content
• manage internal project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
• coordinate reporting, analytics, and performance recaps
• provide light community management (comment moderation only)
• support with miscellaneous marketing initiatives (merch updates, partner coordination, etc.)
Qualifications:
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications
• confident social media manager with strong writing and content planning skills
• excellent organizational and project management abilities
• experience working directly with clients or cross-functional teams
• fluency in tools like asana, google drive, canva, and linktree
• a heart for mission-driven work and a head for critical thinking
