Job Role
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional in with a qualifying clinical degree or licensure (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC). Applicants must hold credentials specifically in clinical or counseling disciplines; nonclinical or expressive therapy degrees are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Screening & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews and diagnostic evaluations to determine participant eligibility for clinical trials.
- Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological rating scales and assessments.
- Dosing Therapist / Monitor As Needed: Serve as a dosing therapist for psychedelic trials, including pre-dose preparation, session monitoring, and post-dose follow-up. Prior experience in industry-sponsored psychedelic trials (e.g., Compass, Cybin, MindMed, Atai) is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
- 2+ years of clinical experience in diagnostics, assessments, and patient care.
- Therapy and differential diagnosis experience are strongly preferred.
- Substance use disorder experience is a plus.
- Exposure to clinical trials or neuropsychic assessments is helpful; training provided.
- Not suitable for recent graduates without prior clinical work.
