Mushroom Dosing Alchemist - Community Sales & Culture Builder
Dose Mush Co is looking for a Mushroom Market Alchemist to join our Austin-based sales team and help expand access to ceremonial-grade, adaptogenic funghi, mental health supplement, wellness products across the local community.
This is a blend of an enchanting opportunity & traditional sales job. It’s a relationship-driven, culture-forward role for someone who loves wellness, community, and showing up in real life.
🌿 What You’ll Do
You’ll represent Dose Mush Co on the ground in Austin by:
Selling Dose Mush products directly to consumers at markets, pop-ups, and live events
Building relationships and onboarding retail partners, including:
Headshops
Coffee shops
Yoga studios
Gyms & fitness studios
Juice & smoothie shops
Wellness & retreat centers
Educating customers and partners on functional, non-psychedelic mushroom wellness
Helping activate and support live community sales events
Acting as a trusted, friendly face of the brand in the local wellness scene

Sales experience is a plus, but authenticity, alignment, and people skills matter more.
💸 Compensation
$10/hour base
50% of profit from every sale you make
No cap on earnings — the more you build, the more you earn
