Company: Meadow – Doctor-Owned Psilocybin Service Center
Location: Portland, Oregon

Role Type: Part-time, hourly
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays
Pay: $30/hour
Work Structure: On-site

Meadow is a doctor-owned, licensed psilocybin service center in Portland, Oregon. Our mission is to set the gold standard for safe, legal, and beautiful experiences with psilocybin mushrooms. We operate with clinical precision, deep respect for the medicine, and a commitment to creating environments where people feel held, supported, and cared for at every step of their journey.

We are seeking a highly capable, grounded, and detail-oriented professional to serve as an on-site Service Center Representative. This is a frontline role inside the service center and a cornerstone of our day-to-day operations. You will help ensure regulatory excellence, client safety, and an impeccably prepared physical space while contributing to the calm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Meadow experience.

This role is ideal for someone who finds meaning in supporting transformative work behind the scenes and who takes pride in doing important things extremely well.

This is an hourly role with hours that vary week to week depending on our journey schedule. Most weeks include 1–3 on-site service days. Schedules are set in advance based on client volume.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the on-site licensed service center representative during client sessions, including lawful administration of psilocybin in accordance with Oregon regulations

  • Maintain strict accuracy in tracking, handling, and documenting psilocybin products

  • Prepare, reset, and care for the physical space: making beds, running laundry, cleaning, taking out trash, watering plants, and ensuring rooms are session-ready

  • Support facilitators and clients with professionalism, warmth, and discretion

  • Maintain precise operational logs and session records

  • Act as a steady, reliable operational presence during service days
  • Source and pick up fresh fruit and flowers weekly for clients

Who You Are

  • Based in the Portland, Oregon area

  • Available to be physically present Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized (this is essential)

  • Comfortable following protocols and checklists with consistency

  • Calm, grounded, and emotionally steady in sensitive environments

  • Clear communicator with strong emotional intelligence

  • Reliable, accountable, and receptive to feedback

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Paramedic, EMT, RN, or similar medical credential

  • Prior experience with psilocybin or psychedelic care settings

  • Background in hospitality, wellness, or clinical environments

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Take pride in getting details exactly right

  • Enjoy creating beautiful, thoughtful in-person experiences

  • Appreciate structure, systems, and operational excellence

  • Feel called to support responsible access to psilocybin healing

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

  • Dislike structure, systems, or checklists

  • Struggle with organization or follow-through

  • Want a loosely defined or low-accountability position

  • Prefer fast-changing, ambiguous responsibilities

If this role feels grounding, meaningful, and energizing rather than intimidating, we’d love to hear from you.
