The Mood Center, LLC provides robust comprehensive behavioral health treatment services tailored to our patients specific conditions. We treat the most complicated behavioral health cases with medically supervised TMS, ketamine IV and Intramuscular injections, Spravato (Esketamine) nasal spray for sustained relief from Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal Ideation PTSD, OCD, Bipolar Depression, Postpartum Depression, Neuropathic Pain, Addiction, Chronic Pain and Migraines. All in a serene, safe and modern environment.
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who's primary focus will be administrative duties, along with some light CNA duties to ensure a comprehensive treatment experience for all patients. Candidates should be willing and able to work between Annapolis and Columbia office locations as well as have both morning and evening availability. This position is part time, with the be potential to become full time in the future.
Primary Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive to the clinic
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all patients
- Schedule and confirm treatment appointments
- Payment collection
- Collecting and updating patient information in EHR system
- Maintain clean and organized reception and back office/treatment area
- Facilitate, monitor and document Spravato/TMS treatment as needed
- Assisting Nursing staff and providing light CNA duties as needed
Qualifications/Competencies:
- At least 2 years prior work experience in healthcare administration
- Previous experience working with Spravato, TMS and/or Ketamine preferred
- Ability to work between Columbia and Annapolis offices
- Ability to work day and evening shifts
- Weekend/rotating weekend availability is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate with company staff and patients courteously and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both individually and within a team setting
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of health records software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong teamwork, time management and project management skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability to changing situations in the workplace

Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour
