The Ketamine Wellness Center (KWC) Clinic Coordinator provides on-site support to the medical provider and assists with patient flow during ketamine infusion clinic days. This role ensures patients are prepared for treatment, assists with basic monitoring support, and helps create a safe and supportive environment throughout the patient visit. This is an hourly PRN (as-needed) position, supporting clinic operations on scheduled treatment days. The clinic currently operates twice per week, and hours may vary based on patient volume and clinic needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect patient payments at the start of appointments (cash, check, or credit card).
- Ensure patients complete all required intake paperwork prior to treatment.
- Assist the medical provider with preparing patients for treatment, including helping connect patients to monitoring equipment.
- Support basic patient monitoring by assisting with blood pressure and heart rate checks as directed by the provider.
- Provide general patient support during clinic visits to ensure comfort and safety.
- Assist the provider with patient discharge, including escorting patients to their vehicle after treatment when needed.
- Help maintain a calm, welcoming, and organized clinic environment.
- Always maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare or patient care setting preferred but not required.
- Experience assisting with vital signs monitoring is a plus.
- Experience with IVs is helpful but not required.
Additional Notes
This position does not perform medical provider duties, administer medications, or make clinical treatment decisions. The role is focused on clinic coordination, patient support, and assisting the medical provider during treatment sessions. The Medical Provider remains responsible for all clinical care and ketamine administration.
