This is a unique opportunity to join us at Same Team as a Psychedelic Integration Coach and provide world class integration care to patients at partner ketamine clinics (and down the road psilocybin and ibogaine clinics).
We are a team building a modern, science informed, longer term approach to psychedelic integration.
As a Psychedelic Integration Coach, you will offer support to clients as they prepare for, navigate, and integrate legal ketamine sessions. You’ll help clients develop clarity, process emotional breakthroughs, deepen insights, and make meaningful life changes aligned with their intentions. In addition, for patients that are open to ongoing support, over 3-6 months you'll help them make healthy lifestyle shifts in areas of life like sleep, exercise, nutrition, relationships, stress, and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with clients via Zoom to deliver integration coaching
- Guide clients through a measurement based approach to make meaningful life changes
- Help clients clarify intentions, process sessions, and apply insights to real life
- Tailor coaching based on each client’s readiness, goals, and patterns—showing up alternately as witness, encourager, educator, or guide
- Track minutes of key activities and clinical outcomes using tools like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and WHO-5
- Maintain timely session notes and coordinate patient care
- Participate in ongoing supervision and weekly coach team meetings
Qualifications
The candidate must have the following:
- Residence in Arizona
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in psychology, social work, health sciences, or related fields
- Experience with or passion for legal psychedelic work
The ideal candidate will also have all or some of the following:
- Certification or substantial training in one non-directive coaching approach (e.g., ICF, Presence-Based Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)
- Formal training or experience in psychedelic integration (e.g., through Mindbloom, Fluence, MAPS, CIIS, Numinus, Psychedelic Coaching Institute, etc.)
- Interest or experience in health and wellness coaching, being NBCHWC is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to hold space with compassion, curiosity, and presence
- Understands that quality coaching is about listening and asking questions rather than giving advice
- Commitment to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent coaching
Other Details
Part-time contractor role: 10–15 hours per week
This role provides non-clinical integration coaching and does not involve psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
Caseload of up to 20–30 clients
Flexible hours with scheduling autonomy
Weekly supervision and community support
Compensation: $30/hour during training, $40/hour after fully ramped
