Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and experienced Psychiatric APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our flagship center. In this full-time, in-person role, you will serve as the on-site clinical lead, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care during ketamine and esketamine treatments while steering the daily operations and development of our multidisciplinary clinical team.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, 30-40 hours per week
  • Option to do four 10-hour shifts per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care:

  • Clinical Decision-Making: Serve as the primary clinical point-person for medical concerns (e.g., hypertension, nausea), determining PRN medication needs and adjusting ketamine/esketamine dosing in collaboration with our medical leadership.
  • Direct Patient Care: Administer intramuscular (IM) ketamine injections, monitor patients during treatment, and provide expert clinical care and emotional support throughout their journey.
  • Operational Excellence: Liaise with the Clinic Director to ensure safe staffing levels, smooth daily operations, and an optimal patient experience.
  • Mentorship & Culture: Foster a collegial, warm, and supportive clinical environment. Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff, encouraging professional growth and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Patient Journey Oversight: Support real-time decisions regarding patient care plans, from intake and treatment to follow-up and integration.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing (NP/PMHNP) or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP preferred) or Physician Assistant in the state of CO.
  • Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority for controlled substances.
  • Significant experience in a psychiatric setting is required; familiarity with mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
  • Comfort and professionalism in discussing psychedelic treatments and related therapeutic frameworks.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, crisis management, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and standard office technology.
  • Experience with ketamine, esketamine, or other psychedelic-assisted therapies is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
