ReYou is an established IV Ketamine clinic with over 5,000 treatments completed in NJ. Our aim is to reduce suffering at scale and provide our patients with a holistic and integrative healing experience that extends beyond our walls. As we expand into new locations, we are seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical skills, a compassionate and affable bedside manner, with strong leadership skills to lead and manage a small and vibrant medical team. As our Nurse Practitioner, you'll be responsible for patient consultations, dosing and/or administering ketamine treatments, monitoring patients during and after treatments, and ensuring their experience is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and feel comfortable using basic medical health record software.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct patient consultations to assess patient eligibility and determine treatment protocol
- Dose and/or administer ketamine treatments to patients in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor patients during and after treatments to ensure their safety and comfort
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Educate patients and their families about ketamine treatment and potential side effects
- Provide support and guidance to patients throughout the treatment process
- Stay up-to-date with advances in ketamine treatment and related therapies
- Have a strong passion for psychedelic healing and its potential for mental health treatment
- Provide clinical support and supervision to our team of Registered Nurses
Requirements:
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using software for patient documentation and communication
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mental health, clinical and IV experience a plus
