Role Description

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will play a central role in delivering high-quality, integrative care within our team-based model. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychiatric intakes and diagnostic evaluations
  • Ongoing medication management and treatment planning
  • Administration and monitoring of Spravato (esketamine) treatments
  • Administration of ketamine treatments, including IM and IV bolus protocols
  • Close collaboration with therapists to support integrated treatment plans
  • Maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in New York State
  • Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • DEA registration (including Schedule III authority; Schedule II preferred or ability to obtain)
  • Experience conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
  • Experience with or strong interest in ketamine and Spravato (esketamine) treatment
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, psychotherapy-integrated model of care
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and attention to patient safety
  • Availability for evenings and/or weekends

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in interventional psychiatry or treatment-resistant depression
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and integrative/holistic approaches
  • Experience working in outpatient, insurance-based settings
