Metamorphosis Resort , located in Patillas, Puerto Rico, is a mental health and psychedelic wellness retreat nestled in the jungles of Puerto Rico... a sacred space for healing, creativity, and transformation. Founded by a holistic psychiatrist and his wife, this off-grid paradise is now offering a rare opportunity: live rent-free in nature, receive mental health & psychedelic wellness support, and manage a magical property that changes lives.
We are seeking 1–3 responsible, nature-loving, creative, and heart-centered individuals to live on-site and manage, grow, and care for this sacred space — while capturing the journey on social media and earning income through Airbnb and retreat coordination.

- 💸 Bonus commission opportunities:
- $1k per retreat managed
- $2k–$8k per retreat recruited
- 20% Airbnb commissions on 5-star guest stays

Your Role
This is a mix of hands-on caretaking and creative expansion. Estimated 5–8 hrs/week baseline of upkeep, with optional hours for event and retreat recruitment.
Core Responsibilities:
- General property upkeep and coordination. The property has a daily landscaper already (very kind, former policeman), M-F 8-12.
- Guest communication & check-in support (Airbnb + private groups)
- Inventory tracking and event prep
- Capturing & posting content for social media on @metamorphosisresort
- Supporting company, healing, or wedding retreats
- Optional: recruit retreats and earn commission
Ideal Extras (Not Required):
- Gardening, handy skills, Spanish speaking, homesteading knowledge
- Content creation, wellness passion, ceremony experience
