Position Summary:
Our Therapists provide crucial support for patients struggling with depression and anxiety. Specializing in educating patients about proven alternative mental health treatments and psychedelic-assisted therapies, they adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer psychiatric intake assessments and utilize screening instruments online.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing therapeutic support.
- Be part of a dynamic team, contributing to a transformative phase in mental health care.
- Establish deep rapport with a diverse range of individuals, maintaining a non-judgmental and empathetic presence.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and an understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.
- Display deep compassion and empathy for others, working with confidential information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Possess a willingness to learn, a growth mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability and tools to work remotely.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- State-licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.
- Experience in establishing rapport with diverse individuals and a commitment to personal growth.
- Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.
- Deep compassion and empathy for others.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and experience working with confidential information.
