Marpa Minds is a growing, high-acuity interventional psychiatry practice specializing in Spravato® (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression.

We are seeking a senior-level PMHNP or Physician Assistant who brings advanced clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and a desire to help shape an expanding center of excellence.

This role is designed for a clinician ready to step into meaningful influence and long-term leadership.

The Role

You will serve as a primary clinical decision-maker within our structured Spravato® program and broader psychiatric services, working closely with our Medical Director to uphold and refine clinical standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advanced psychiatric evaluations (in-person and telehealth)
• Treatment planning for complex, treatment-resistant cases
• REMS-compliant oversight and monitoring of Spravato® treatments
• High-level medication management
• Interdisciplinary care coordination
• Clinical documentation with excellence and precision

The Ideal Candidate

• Active NY PMHNP-BC or PA license with DEA registration
• 5+ years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred
• Experience treating complex mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression
• Strong systems-thinking and diagnostic precision
• Poised, grounded clinical presence
• Deep commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Interest in shaping the future of interventional psychiatry
