We are seeking a senior-level PMHNP or Physician Assistant who brings advanced clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and a desire to help shape an expanding center of excellence.
This role is designed for a clinician ready to step into meaningful influence and long-term leadership.
The Role
You will serve as a primary clinical decision-maker within our structured Spravato® program and broader psychiatric services, working closely with our Medical Director to uphold and refine clinical standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advanced psychiatric evaluations (in-person and telehealth)
- Treatment planning for complex, treatment-resistant cases
- REMS-compliant oversight and monitoring of Spravato® treatments
- High-level medication management
- Interdisciplinary care coordination
- Clinical documentation with excellence and precision

The Ideal Candidate
- Active NY PMHNP-BC or PA license with DEA registration
- 5+ years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred
- Experience treating complex mood disorders and treatment-resistant depression
- Strong systems-thinking and diagnostic precision
- Poised, grounded clinical presence
- Deep commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
