Meadow is a licensed psilocybin service center based in Portland, Oregon. Our mission is to set the standard of care for safe, legal, and beautiful experiences with psilocybin mushrooms. We are doctor-owned, and operate with a clinical level of care with deep reverence for the medicine.
We are seeking a highly capable, medically trained professional to serve as a core member of the team in the role of Client Experience Manager and Service Center Representative. This is a central operational role, not a front-desk position. You will be trusted with client care, regulatory precision, and complex coordination across people, systems, and timelines. It’s a very entrepreneurial role, and we will expect a lot from you.
Required Qualifications
- Paramedic, EMT, RN, PA, or equivalent medical credential
- Must be based in the Portland, Oregon area
- Availability to be physically present at the Meadow service center 1–5 days per week
- Extremely detail-oriented and have an elite level of organization, this is absolutely non-negotiable
- Able to manage many complex, parallel workflows without dropping details
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication and high emotional intelligence
- Very comfortable using modern web-based computer tools (GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Zoom, scheduling systems, CRMs, etc.)
- Solution-oriented, and receptive to continuous feedback with a growth mindset
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site service center representative during client sessions, including serving the psilocybin medicine
- Safely and professionally serve and track psilocybin in compliance with Oregon regulations and Meadow protocols
- Lead and manage all client communication before, during, and after services using our software tools GoHighLevel, Althea, and Google Suite
- Coordinate logistics across facilitators and clients, keeping schedules, documentation, and compliance tight across multiple systems
- Maintain accurate records and operational tracking with a high standard of precision
- Act as a calm, grounded presence in an emotionally sensitive environment
- Anticipate problems early and resolve them proactively
- Take ownership of the physical readiness of the space when on-site, including light cleaning, resetting rooms, making beds, running laundry, taking out trash, and ensuring the center is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Operate as a true Swiss Army knife within the service center and client management willing to do unglamorous but essential work, jump in where needed, and take initiative without being asked
Bonus (Not Required)
- Prior professional experience working with psilocybin or psychedelic-assisted care
- Previous experience working in hospitality
