As SuperMush continues to grow, we're looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who understands both creative execution and marketing strategy.
This role goes beyond posting - you'll help shape how our brand shows up online
RESPONSIBILITIES:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
Manage SuperMush's social media presence day-to-day
Work closely with our graphic designer to bring content to life
Coordinate and organize content + creative shoots
Support partnerships, launches, and influencer collaborations
Create and schedule content as needed (posts, captions, stories, campaigns)
Engage with our community in an intentional, on-brand way
Understand social media through a marketing lens - not just trends
Track performance and help optimize content over time
QUALIFICATIONS:
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Have experience in social media or marketing
Preferably studied marketing, communications, or a related field
Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Understand
wellness culture
without being hypey
Can balance creativity with structure and follow-through
Enjoy collaborating with designers, creators, and partners
