About the role
You'll own our voice. From daily content creation to long-term brand storytelling, you'll be the person shaping how Mabel shows up in the world, across social, email, editorial, and beyond.
This is not a "schedule posts and report metrics" role. This is a builder's role. You'll work directly with the founder, collaborators and partners. You'll move fast, think creatively, and help shape the psychedelic era of wellbeing in Europe.
You have:
- Strong experience in CRM flows and email marketing (mailchimp,Klaviyo or similar)
- Solid graphic design skills, comfortable in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- video and photo creator w editing capabilities (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- A sharp pen, fluent in English with experience in editorial or long-form writing
- Basic knowledge of psychedelics, preferably microdosing, and women's mental health
- Experience with social media management tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite)
- Understanding of paid social and performance marketing basics
- Ability to read and act on analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Shopify)
- Experience building and managing content calendars
- Comfort with AI tools for content creation and ideation

Ready to create content daily, stills, reels, stories, carousels & video's
Location
EU-based only. Lisbon is a strong preference.
