Ananda Lodge is a family-owned plant medicine retreat center in Playa Grande, Costa Rica. We operate at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern trauma-informed care, offering deeply personalized Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and Psilocybin retreats to a maximum of 8 guests at a time.
We are a small, intimate healing sanctuary grounded in somatic healing principles. Our work is sacred. Our guests are courageous. Our approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and rooted in respect for indigenous traditions.

This role is responsible for finding the individuals and communities that resonate best with what Ananda has to offer (quality lead generation) and cultivating trust and safety so that these individuals feel inspired to explore and book a retreat with us. This means building systems, partnerships, and content strategies that consistently bring aligned individuals into our pathway—not just creating marketing materials, but supporting people to recognize when they're ready and helping them take the step toward booking.
You'll have autonomy over strategy, channels, messaging, and partnerships—but the outcome is clear: bookings that fill retreats with guests who are truly ready for this work.
