Outlining clear hooks with timestamps.

Content Optimization: Format and adapt videos for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website), including basic captions, titles, and pacing for audience engagement. A knack for design and branding and the ability to align closed captions, popups, stock videos, and beyond with the brands we are working with is preferred.

Visual Storytelling: Help shape narrative flow, pacing, and tone to align with our mission and brand voice.

Admin & Support Tasks: Organize video assets, manage file naming and exports, and support content delivery timelines.

● Committed to the art of video editing and video storytelling, continually learning and staying up to date with best editing, engagement practices, and trends, while bringing the highest-quality story and value out of footage in mission-driven media.

● Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work independently with strong follow-through and initiative.

● Able to receive feedback and collaborate with a small, values-driven team
● Comfortable with video editing software

What You’ll Gain:

● Hands-on experience editing real-world content for a growing audience ● Portfolio-ready video work in the psychedelic policy, wellness, and education space
