About Qasa
Qasa curates transformational retreats for the queer community, weaving together sacred plant journeys, embodied pleasure experiences, adventure excursions, and deep connection with nature. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, queer-affirming facilitation and a commitment to safety, integrity, and belonging.
About This Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteers may choose to support aspects of Qasa’s hotel, events, and retreat experiences in ways that align with their interests and availability. This opportunity is designed for individuals who are service-oriented, adaptable, and curious about behind-the-scenes retreat operations and facilitation culture.
Participation is voluntary, unpaid, and flexible. Time commitments are mutually discussed and may end at any time by either party. This opportunity does not create an employment relationship and does not imply future paid work.
Ways Volunteers May Contribute
Volunteers may assist with:
Guest welcome and general hospitality support
Meal-time setup and light kitchen support
Preparation and reset of shared spaces
Support for wellness, nature-based, or community activities

Volunteers may also offer support in areas aligned with their skills and the evolving needs of the retreat environment.

We welcome individuals who:
Align with Qasa’s focus on consent, inclusivity, and integrity
Feel comfortable in communal, nature-based, queer-affirming environments
Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborative environments
Bring prior hospitality, retreat, or wellness experience (helpful but not required)
All volunteers are asked to review and agree to Qasa’s Volunteer Agreement, Code of Ethics, and Community Guidelines prior to participation.
